These terms govern purchases made on Addons Market. They set out who sells you the product, what you may do with it, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Addons Market is a brand operated by MRK111 LLC.Addons Market is operated by the company identified above. We run the marketplace: the catalogue, the checkout, the licence keys, the download links and the dispute procedure.
Each product is sold by its author, not by Addons Market. The author sets the price, owns the intellectual property, issues the invoice and provides support. We are an intermediary: we collect the payment and pass the author's price on to them in full. This matters, because your contract for the product itself is with the author.
The price shown on a product page is the author's price. A service fee is added on top, shown separately before you pay, and it is our only income: we take no commission on the author's price. The total displayed is the total charged, in the currency shown. We bear the payment processing and currency conversion costs.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. If your order covers products from several authors, it is split into one payment per author.
Once payment is confirmed you receive a licence key and a download link. Each download generates a single-use signed link, and the archive is watermarked with your details. Your licence covers the scope you chose at purchase; it does not allow resale or redistribution.
These are digital products delivered immediately. Before your first download we ask you to expressly consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal, as provided by Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. If you decline, the download does not start and your withdrawal right is preserved. We confirm that consent to you by email, with its date and time.
Waiving the right of withdrawal never waives your legal guarantee of conformity. If a product does not work as described, is unusable, or does not match its product page, you remain entitled to have it repaired, replaced, or to a refund, under Directive 2019/770 on digital content. No clause in these terms can remove that right.
A refund request goes through a dispute opened from your licences page, within 14 days of purchase. The author is notified and may respond. If no agreement is reached, Addons Market decides — not the author. Where the product is at fault, you are refunded in full, service fee included. Do not open a chargeback with your bank before using this procedure: it is faster, and a chargeback blocks it.
Each product includes at least 12 months of updates, often more. Support is provided by the author through the internal messaging system. Addons Market does not provide technical support for the products themselves.
You may not share, resell or redistribute the files, share your licence key, or attempt to remove the watermark. Doing so ends your licence without refund and may expose you to claims by the author.
We are liable for operating the marketplace properly: payment, delivery, licence keys and the dispute procedure. We are not the author of the products and do not warrant that a given product will suit your particular purpose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, fraud or gross negligence.
We process your data to run your account, your orders and your licences. The privacy policy sets out what we collect and for how long.
We may change these terms. The version in force is the one published on the day of your order, and a changed version never applies retroactively to a purchase already made.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice does not deprive you of the mandatory protections of your country of residence, under Article 6 of the Rome I Regulation. You may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
These terms are published in several languages. The English version is the reference version. As a consumer, that does not stop you relying on the version written in your own language: where the two differ, the reading more favourable to you prevails.
