This agreement governs publishing and selling on Addons Market. It sets out what you keep, when you are paid, what you must guarantee, and when we may step in.

Addons Market is a brand operated by MRK111 LLC.It binds you, as author, to the company identified above, as operator of the marketplace. It does not govern your relationship with buyers: that one is set by your own licence and your own terms of sale, which you remain free to write.
You sell to the buyer; we act as intermediary. You keep the intellectual property, you set the price, you issue the invoice and you provide support. We collect the payment, deliver the licence key and the files, and pay you your price.
You must be able to enter into a contract, provide accurate identity details and keep them up to date. One account per person or company. You are responsible for anything done from your account.
Working software, described honestly, that does what its product page says. No malware, no hidden telemetry, no obfuscated code whose purpose you cannot explain, no content that infringes anyone's rights. Screenshots must show the actual product.
That you hold every right needed to sell what you publish, including over any third-party component you incorporate, and that its licence permits commercial redistribution. If a third party makes a claim about one of your products, you handle it and you bear its cost.
Every product and every update is reviewed before going live, normally within 48 hours. We may ask for changes or refuse a listing. A refusal is explained and can be discussed.
You choose your price from the published grid. We take no commission on it: you receive it in full. Our income is a service fee paid by the buyer on top of your price, shown separately before payment. Opening and keeping an account costs nothing, whatever you sell.
Money from a sale lands on your own Stripe account, not ours. It is released 14 days after the sale, once the dispute window has closed. You connect your Stripe account yourself and you remain its holder.
Buyers pay in their own currency. We bear the payment processing fees and the currency conversion costs: they are never deducted from your price. Whatever currency a buyer pays in, you receive the amount you set.
A buyer asking for a refund must open a dispute. You are notified and may respond. If no agreement is reached, Addons Market decides. Where a product is found faulty, the refund is debited from your Stripe balance and we also return our service fee to the buyer. We do not refund out of your balance without deciding a dispute first.
If a buyer goes to their bank instead of opening a dispute, the chargeback and its fee are charged to your Stripe account, as for any merchant. We give you the evidence we hold to contest it, but the outcome belongs to the card network.
We may propose to feature one of your products in a promotion. It never happens without your consent. If you accept, you still receive 100% of the discounted price: we take no commission on a promotion either. You may withdraw your consent for future promotions.
You answer buyers through the internal messaging system within the response time shown on your shop. You provide at least 12 months of updates per product, including security fixes. If you stop maintaining a product, unlist it rather than leaving it to rot.
You are responsible for your own tax obligations, including any VAT or sales tax due on your sales, and for your own accounting. Addons Market collects no tax on your behalf and gives no tax advice.
You may close your account at any time. Sales already made run their course: pending payouts are released, and buyers keep their licences and their right to updates. We may suspend an account for a serious breach — malware, infringement, repeated false descriptions, fraud — and we tell you why.
Nothing here stops you selling the same products elsewhere, on your own site or on another marketplace, at any price you choose.
We answer for running the marketplace properly. We do not guarantee any level of sales, traffic or visibility. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may change this agreement. You are notified by email before a change takes effect. If it does not suit you, you may close your account; sales already made are unaffected.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. If you are based in the European Union, this choice does not deprive you of the mandatory protections of your country of establishment.
This agreement is published in several languages. In case of any discrepancy between versions, the English version prevails.
