Addons Market is a brand operated by MRK111 LLC.The company identified above is the data controller for the personal data processed on Addons Market. It decides what is collected and why. You can write to it at the address shown, or by email, for anything in this policy.
Your email address and password (stored hashed, never in clear), your first and last name, and where applicable your company, VAT number, country and postcode for invoicing. For each order: what you bought, the amount, the currency and the licence keys issued to you.
In addition to the above: your postal address, telephone number, registration number and VAT number where applicable, and your Stripe account identifier. European law requires a marketplace to hold these before you may offer products to consumers. We also record the date, version and IP address at which you accepted the author agreement and certified your products, because an acceptance without a timestamp proves nothing.
When you download a file we record the date, your IP address and your browser identifier, so that a licence can be checked and abuse traced. When a login fails we record the IP address and the email address tried, to slow down brute-force attacks. That is all: there is no analytics, no advertising and no behavioural profiling on this site.
Your card number, its expiry date and its security code never reach our servers. They are entered on Stripe’s payment page and stay with Stripe. We only receive a payment reference and its status.
To perform the contract: your account, your orders, your licences, your downloads and your payouts. To comply with legal obligations: invoicing, accounting, and the identification of traders that the Digital Services Act requires of a marketplace. On our legitimate interest: the security of the site and the prevention of fraud.
Five cookies, all set by this site and none for advertising: your session, the language you chose, the currency you chose, the country detected for you, and a referral code where one applies. None of them tracks you across other sites, which is why you are not asked to consent to them. Blocking them will log you out and reset your language and currency.
Stripe, to take the payment and pay the author. Brevo and Mailjet, to send the emails the site generates and the replies we write. Cloudflare, which routes the traffic and the mail for our domain. If you buy a product, the author receives what they need to invoice you and to support you. We sell your data to no one, and we give it to no advertiser.
Addons Market is operated by a company established in the United States, and Stripe is also American. Your data is therefore processed in part outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided by the European Commission for such transfers. You may ask us which safeguards apply to a given processing operation.
Your account and its content for as long as it is open. Invoices and accounting records for the period required by tax law, which we cannot shorten at your request. Download records and failed login attempts for the time needed to detect abuse. When you close your account we delete what the law lets us delete and keep only what it obliges us to keep.
Passwords are stored as hashes and are unreadable, including by us. The connection is encrypted. Download links are signed and single-use. The administration area sits behind a non-guessable address and a second authentication factor. Repeated login failures are throttled.
You may ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, have it deleted, have its processing restricted, receive it in a portable format, or object to a processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to the email address shown at the top of this page. We answer within one month, and we will tell you plainly if a legal obligation prevents us from deleting something.
There are none. Products are reviewed by a person, disputes are settled by a person, and author accounts are verified by a person. No algorithm decides anything about you on this site.
This marketplace is intended for professionals and adults. We do not knowingly collect data about children. If you believe a child has created an account, tell us and we will close it.
We may change this policy. The date at the top of the page tells you when it last changed. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will tell you by email rather than let you discover it.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of the country where you live, work, or where you believe the problem occurred. Doing so costs you nothing and does not require you to contact us first.
