Badges
Every badge on this marketplace is calculated from what actually happened. One of them is paid for, and it says so itself.
It is a shortcut. It tells you at a glance something you would otherwise have to dig for: whether an author has been checked, whether their products ship with documentation, whether they have ever had to refund a buyer. Nothing more than that. A badge is not a recommendation, and the absence of one is not a warning — a good author who opened their account last month simply has not had time to earn any.
By a calculation, redone every time a page is displayed. We cannot hand a badge to an author we like, and we cannot take one away from an author who has earned it. The thresholds listed below are the live ones: they are read from our settings as this page loads, so what you see here is what is actually applied.
The Partner badge is held by authors who subscribe to our partner programme. It is a commercial relationship and it says nothing whatsoever about the quality of their work. Its own tooltip says exactly that. European law requires paid prominence to be disclosed; we would disclose it in any case, because a badge that quietly means “this one paid us” would make every other badge on the page worth less.
Every badge, and what it takes
Held for as long as the author subscribes to the partner programme. Nothing else is required, and nothing else is implied.

The author chose to show where they work from. Their country is on file either way — it is required for invoicing and for trader traceability — but showing the flag is entirely their decision, and they can remove it at any time.
Author’s choice
The author’s identity documents were checked, and their account validated by hand, before they were allowed to publish anything at all. No product reaches this marketplace from an unverified account.
Calculated
An average rating of 4,5 out of 5 or better, over at least 20 reviews. Only buyers who actually paid for the product can leave one, so the average cannot be padded.

At least 50 paid sales, and not one refund among them. A single refunded sale removes this badge, and it comes back only if the ratio allows it again.
